Extremely professional! Communication was clear and immediate. I ordered custom logo umbrellas with cover. The imprint was perfect, the umbrella quality was better than expected. The packaging was very well and shipped via sea with an earlier than anticipated arrival.

I did not received the goods. I have told you on countless occasions that I have not received it and you can corroborate it with UPS because they contacted the intermediary that you have in California.
It's a shame to have your money stolen like that. They know very well how UPS works and they take advantage of this to steal people's money but I assure you that I will never buy from this platform again.
